In Poweshiek County District Court

MONTEZUMA — Jacob Raymond Thompson was charged Dec. 8 in Poweshiek County District Court with a sex offender registration violation. Thompson was also charged with four counts of sexual abuse in the second degree, a Class B felony, and three counts of sexual abuse third degree, a Class C felony.

Jose Guadalupe Martinez Solis was charged Dec. 3 with failure to stop in assured clear distance.

Wenser Jonathan Gomez Perez was charged Dec. 8 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked.

Katherine Dolores Egenberger was charged Dec. 7 with driving while her license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked.

Tania Jo Jones was charged Dec. 5 with theft in the fifth degree.

Mary Ann Stewart was charged Dec. 6 with theft in the fifth degree.
