In Poweshiek County District Court

MONTEZUMA — Cevin Charles Deedrick was charged Dec. 23 in Poweshiek County District Court with theft in the third degree.

Adam Charles Keller was charged Jan. 4 with driving while barred.

Churie Marie Congdon was charged Jan. 3 with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 21.

David Durrell Nash was charged Dec. 18 with a controlled substance violation and with failure to affix drug stamps. Both are Class D felonies. Arraignment is set for Jan. 15.

Mary Katherine was charged Dec. 21 with theft in the second degree, a Class D felony.

Ryan Neil Westcott was charged Dec. 21 with burglary in the third degree (a Class D felony), theft in the third degree and theft in the fourth degree. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 15.

Hope Danielle Bush was charged Jan. 2 with burglary in the second degree and assault while participating in a felony (both Class D felonies), theft in the fourth agree against an older individual and false imprisonment. A no contact order was filed against Bush Jan. 5.

Bush was also charged with possession of paraphernalia and obstruction of emergency communications.

Levi Dwayne Boer was charged Dec. 28 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked.

Patrick Joseph Trotter was charged Jan. 3 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked.

Adam Charles Keller was charged Jan. 4 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked.

Melissa Marlie Cavanh was charged Jan. 4 with driving while her license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked.

Mary Katherine Waters was charged Dec. 21 with OWI, first offense.

Joshua Nahum Shaw was charged Dec. 21 with OWI, first offense.

Edward Lee Fowler was charged Jan. 6 with interference with official acts.
