In Poweshiek County District Court

MONTEZUMA — Devin Thomas Perkins was charged Jan. 9 in Poweshiek County District Court with criminal mischief; operating a motor vehicle under the influence, first offense; reckless driving and failure to maintain control.

Caleb Joshua Germain was charged Jan. 9 with driving while barred.

Raul Mendez Perez was charged Jan. 10 with driving while barred.

Carols Alberto Moreno Hernandez was charged Jan. 12 with trafficking in a stolen weapon used in a crime (a Class D felony), carrying a dangerous weapon while ineligible to do so, hemp violation, possession of methamphetamine, reckless use of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft in the fifth degree.

Charles Jimmie Bryanat was charged Jan. 8 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked.

Darius L. Hamilton was charged Jan. 8 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked.

Hunter Joel Werling was charged Jan. 7 with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kevin Dean Hudnut was charged Jan. 9 with fraudulent practice in the fifth degree.

Michelle Rae Shockley was charged Jan. 10 with theft in the fifth degree and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Kevin Adekolajo Aderemi was charged Jan. 10 with possession of marijuana first offense.
