In Poweshiek County District Court

MONTEZUMA — Carin Ann Lathrop was charged Jan. 22 in Poweshiek County District Court with driving while barred.

Aaron Foster was charged Jan. 22 as a fugitive from justice on a warrant from Michigan.

Drewnetta Vanessa Harris was charged Jan. 21 with driving while her license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked. She was also cited for failure to provide proof of financial liability.

Chen Sun was charged Jan. 23 with driving while his license is denied, suspended, canceled or revoked. He was also cited for speeding.

Jace Lee Wilson was charged Jan. 27 with reckless driving. He was also cited for driving or towing an unsafe vehicle, careless driving and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

Alivia Grace Neeley was charged Jan. 22 with criminal mischief in the fifth degree.

Hunter Joel Werling was charged Jan. 22 with possession of marijuana, second offense. He was also cited for violation of instruction permit limitations and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

Jennifer Grey Raygor was charged Jan. 24 with domestic abuse. A no contact order was filed Jan. 24.
