Iowa State University announces fall dean’s list

AMES — More than 11,500 Iowa State University students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the fall semester dean’s list.

Students named to the dean's list must earn a grade-point average of at least 3.50 while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work.

Included on the list were Taryn Hosek, of Amana; Mia Brecht, Zachary Brecht, Phillip Drahos and Steven Tri, of Belle Plaine, and Jeryn Kalinay, Jack Smith and Cameron Wilson, of Brooklyn.

Also, Abby Cheney, of Deep River; Jackson Zahradnek, of Kalona; and Noa Sexton and Chloe Zittergruen, of Keswick.

On the list from Grinnell are Nicholas Brennecke, Jonas Conner, Alexander Crites, Will Doty, Wyatt Eaton, Alana Ferguson, Alexis Gallagher, Jacob Gosselink, Livie Herbers, Sully Herbers, Isaiah Hirschman, Sophia Louden, Jack Nickel, Senior, Morgan Peak, Tucker Stallman, Erin Vazquez, Madison Vosburg and Tristan Willenbring.

From Malcom, Paige Cottrell and Hailey Heishman, and from Marengo, Cecely Dominguez, Trenton Iburg, Brooklyn Kilgard, Nathaniel Miller, Emma Peters and Andrew Stevenson.

Camryn Brennan, Maguire De Jong, Jack Erselius, Haylie Moore, Isabella Roorda, Haley Van Der Hart and Madison Van Zee, of Montezuma, made the list, as did Abigail Cobb, Delaney Hall, Kaden Hall, Eli Marsh, Jaidyn Rugg and Tyler Schaefer of North English.

From Parnell, Micah Hostetler, Mariana Stevenson made the list, as did Jackson Droz, of South English.

Grace Conway, Alexa Huber and Lincoln Yoder, of Wellman, and Williamsburg residents Ty Becker, Chanse Benner, Olivia Caron, Carlee Cremeens, Kaylee Culp, John Driscoll, Erin Francis, Phoenix Gryp, Benjamin Marshall, Dalen Mueller, Analyn Seeman, Kaitlyn Snow, Cole Stephenson and Nicole Wardenburg were on the dean’s list.
