Iowa Valley falls to No. 11 Lynnville-Sully

No. 11 Lynnville-Sully closed out the Iowa Valley’s season in a Class 1A regional game Feb. 13.

The two teams combined to shoot 55 free throws. The Hawks were 24-of-33 and the Tigers were 14-of-22.

Lola Frimml had 17 points and Lydia Kriegel added 11 for Iowa Valley (11-12).

Lynnville-Sully was upset in the regional semifinal by Danville, 51-50. Danville is set to face No. 7 Calamus-Wheatland Wednesday, Feb. 21, in Muscatine.
