Kirkwood Community College recognizes 2025 graduates

CEDAR RAPIDS – Kirkwood Community College recognized its 2025 graduates during a Commencement ceremony May 17, at the Alliant Energy PowerHouse in downtown Cedar Rapids.
Among the graduates were Amana students Brayden Ballard, Connor Echternacht, Renee Schulte, Ciera Simpson, Max Whitehead and Joshua Yoemans and Belle Plaine’s Nate Arens, Michael Awad, Macy Dodd and Kanyon Schwab.
Also Danica DeGeeter, Marshall Roudabush and Dillon Sanders, of Brooklyn; and Matthew Ranfeld, of Deep River.
Graduates from Grinnell were Kaiden Brobst, Dominick Clayton, Nile Kelne and Lily Patten.
Dawson Cantrell and Ayden Stratton, of Homestead, were among the graduates, as were Maddy Harland, Jenna Miller, Drake Price, Quinton Smith, Maddy Stai and Preston Yutzy, of Kalona.
Lane Conaway, of Ladora, was among the graduates, as were Marengo residents Aaron Estrada Jaquez, Aiden Feldman, Madalyn Ray, Addisyn Roggentien and Karter Thiessen.
Sidney Ballard, of Middle Amana, and Page Baughman, of North English, graduated from Kirkwood, as did Luke Brokaw, Bethany Finnegan, Kaya Teggatz and Natalie Yoder, of Parnell.
Dakota Jones, Dylan Jones, Austin Tempus and Nolan Walters, of South Amana, were among the graduates, as were Sophia Baker, Drake Mann, Josh Nicholson, Hunter Robertson and Braydon Younge, of Wellman.
Abby Tjaden and Alex Tjaden, of West Amana, and Kylie Bohrn, Kayden Dermody, Mallory Hester, Kiley Koele, Alexis Martinez, Hope Mullnix, Katelyn Oelmann, Jen Schaub and Levi Weldon, of Williamsburg, were also among the graduates.
