Kirkwood features Stahl in newsletter

WILLIAMSBURG — Kirkwood Community College featured business and entrepreneurship instructor Janey Stahl in the most recent newsletter for its Iowa County campus in Williamsburg.

“I enjoy introducing students to business concepts and helping them figure out what they're passionate about and how they can turn that into a business opportunity,” said Stahl in the article.

Q. Who has made the most lasting impact on you as an instructor?

A. My MBA professors in the HR and personal development fields.

Q. How do you feel taking college credit courses while in high school better prepares students for their futures?

A. Students have a lot of personal responsibility in college so the college credit classes in high school can help them prepare them for that as well as introduce them to particular fields or majors they want to pursue further.

Q. Anything else you would like us to know about you?

A. I live in Williamsburg with my husband and three kids.
