Kriegel, Peach take titles at BGM

Iowa Valley won three duals Thursday night in Sigourney, then placed third at the BGM Corky Stuart Invitational Saturday.

The Tigers beat Sigourney-Keota 52-15, Mount Pleasant 48-24, and North Mahaska 34-33.

Nolan Kriegel (157) and Taite Peach (190) each won titles at BGM Saturday. Chance Hoyt (138) and Mason Hoyt (175) and Garrett Hoyt (285) all finished runner-up.

“Both Taite and Nolan pinned their way through,” Kriegel said. “The Hoyt boys continue to have solid seasons.”
