Montezuma wins boys golf

MONTEZUMA — There was one golf meet in the cold chill of late March on Monday, March 25 at Montezuma Country Club.

Montezuma (171) topped HLV (175) and Belle Plaine (214) on the boys side. Max Anderson of Montezuma was the meet medalist with a 38. No other Braves scores were submitted.

Jeremy Reineke of Belle Plaine also shot a 38.

On the girls side, only HLV had a full team, and won by default with a 272. Jacey Reineke carded a 47 for Belle Plaine.
