Mount Mercy students named to dean’s list
CEDAR RAPIDS — Students from Benton, Iowa, Poweshiek and Washington Counties were named to the fall 2024 dean’s list for Mount Mercy University.
Trey Schulte, of Amana; Mandy Chizek, of Belle Plaine; and Owen Coffman, of Grinnell are on the list as are Breanna Cook and Breanna Shaull, of Hatwick; Molly Yoder, of Kalona; and Kallie Robinson, of Malcom.
Marengo students Stephanie Ballard and Isabel Patterson made the list, as did Ashlyn Hall, of Victor, and Maryam Gangol, of Williamsburg.
Students with a semester grade-point average of 3.60 or better and who are graded for six or more semester hours are eligible for inclusion on the dean's list.
Wartburg students named fall dean’s list
WAVERLY — Wartburg College has recognized 554 students on its fall dean’s list.
Area students on the list include Carter Lavender, of Gilman; Camilla Wright, of Grinnell; Parker Ehrenfelt, of Wellman; Grace Gauley-Schultz, Wes Hulseberg, Landon Jepson, Jesse Nevarez and Rylie Metz, of Williamsburg; Gwen Mews, of North English; Tyler Portwood, of Oxford, and Alison Newton and Ella Hayden, of Blairstown.
Students on the list earned a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or above in at least four course credits during the term.
Students make SNHU president’s list
MANCHESTER, N.H. — Several area students were named to the Southern New Hampshire University president’s list for the fall term.
Logan Schlesselman, of Williamsburg; Elias Ehlen, of Belle Plaine; and Ashley Kirk, of Ainsworth, made the list.
Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.7 and above for the reporting term are named to the president’s list.
