Central students participate in internships

PELLA — Central College students are participating in internships this spring.

Among them are Lauryn Venema, of Amana, who has an internship with Pella Historical Society and Museums in Pella. Venema, a history major, is in the Central Class of 2027.

Noelia Aguilera, of Gilman, is participating in an internship with Central College Community Engaged Learning Office in Pella. Aguilera is a business management major in the Class of 2025.

Emory Clements, of Grinnell, is participating in an internship with Pella Regional Health Center in Pella, Iowa. Clements is a communication studies major in the Class of 2026.

Hats and More meets

Hats and More club met at the Sundown Bar and Grill in Williamsburg April 17, Eleven members attended.

Ruth Evans and Karla Burdock won prizes.

The next lunch will be hosted by Dixie Knipfer at Bryant Chill and Grill, 1991 O'Donnell Rd. in Williamsburg May 7 at 11 a.m.
