Thanksgiving dinner at the Amana Church
AMANA -- The annual Thanksgiving dinner at the Amana Church in Amana is open to all.
Dine-in with friends and neighbors or carry-out a meal Thursday, Nov. 27. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. at the Amana Church, located in the center of the block north of the Chocolate Haus.
To reserve a carry-out meal, call the Amana Church office at 319-622-6155. before Nov. 24. No reservation required for dine-in.
The dinner is being prepared by Amana Church volunteers and youth group members. Turkey, a second entrée for those who do not care for turkey, mashed potatoes, side dishes and dessert will be served.
The Amana Church will have its annual covenant service at 10 a.m. at the Middle Amana Church. Everyone is welcome.

MARENGO – Iowa Valley Junior/Senior High School released it first quarter honor roll.
