Primary polls open at 7 a.m. Tuesday

MARENGO -- Primary Election Day is Tuesday, June 4, in Iowa. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. across the state.
In Iowa County, Dayton/English I precincts will vote at Millersburg City Hall. English II votes at North English Fire Stations; Fillmore/Green at Parnell City Hall; Harford I/Sumner at Iowa County Secondary Road shop, 105 East St. in Ladora; Hartford II/Lincoln at Victor Public Library.
Hilton/Washington precincts will vote at Hilton Township Hall, 550 Seventh Ave. in Conroy; Honey Creek/Marengo Rural at Marengo Public Library; Lenox/Iowa at Middle Amana Fire State; Marengo City at the American Legion Hall.
Pilot/Troy/York precincts and Williamsburg City will vote at Williamsburg Recreation Center.
In Benton County, Belle Plaine 1 and 2 will vote at the Community Center, 1309 Fifth Ave. in Belle Plaine; Belle Plaine 3 will vote at the Belle Plaine Fire Station.
Florence/St. Clair/Norway will vote at St. Michael’s Parish Center, 512 Evergreen St. in Norway. Fremont/Atkins will vote at Atkins City Hall, and Iowa/Leroy/Lucerne/Blairstown will vote at Blairstown City Hall.
Voters must present IDs to vote and must declare whether they are Democrat or Republican. Winners in the primary election will advance to the general election in November.
