Athletic Union releases regional pairings

The volleyball postseason brackets have arrived. Each team now knows its path to a state berth.

The Iowa Girls’ High School Athletic Union released its Regional volleyball pairings Wednesday night in all five classes.

The postseason begins Oct. 21 and ends Nov. 4-7 at the state tournament at Xtream Arena in Coralville.

Four area teams received first-round home matches as being the higher seed in their match-ups.

Regional brackets that include Hometown Current teams follow.
