Three girls get gold

The Iowa Valley girls wrestling team competed at the Iowa Falls-Alden Tournament Friday and Saturday, finishing sixth.

Kylie Loffer (100), Skyler Hoyt (125) and Breanna Peach (235) took home gold.

“Dakota (Pedersen) ran into some tough competition at her weight but continues to be the support that everyone on the team needs,” Iowa Valley Coach Jeremy Kriegel said. “Without her, we are not the same team.”
