Vanishing middle-aged guy to appear in Amana

AMANA — TKM Theatrical Productions will present “A Trick of the Light” by Peter Moore at The Amana Performing Arts Center, 39 38th Ave. in Amana May 10-12.

Eddie, a middle-aged guy living a normal life, has just discovered he has the ability to vanish at will. His friends Marty and Darrell are impressed but not much help, and Eddied can’t vanish at all in the presence of his wife Beth, so she doesn’t believe him.

With his life in chaos, Eddie reluctantly consults a young and slightly unorthodox counselor, who may have answers but may also have a few questions.

A dialogue with the director and actors will immediately follow performances.

Ticket-holders can meet Moor opening night.

Performances are 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 10, 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 11 and 3 p.m. Sunday, May 12. tickets are $25.
