Weisskopf 3rd in high jump at Drake Relays

DES MOINES — No flags, but the Williamsburg track teams stayed pretty busy at the Drake Relays this week in Des Moines.

Senior Derek Weisskopf finished fourth in the discus, ninth in the shot put and third in the high jump.

Ava Hocker was 12th in the 400, and anchored the Raider sprint medley team, which finished ninth.

English Valleys’s Kennedy Axmear finished fourth in the discus and 11th in the shot put, and Iowa Valley’s Lydia Kriegel was 16th in the discus.
