Williamsburg boys’ golfers win triangular meet
Williamsburg's boys' golf team won a triangular Monday, April 3, at Stone Creek Golf Club.
The Raiders totaled 154 strokes over nine holes to beat Independence (163) and South Tama (189).
Junior Bryce Yearian fired an even par 36 to lead Williamsburg. That was good for runner-up medalist honors, one shot back of Independence medalist Ethan Cahalan with a 35.
Senior Trey O'Neil and freshman Cooper Bott each shot a 39 to complement Yearian's round, junior Crew Klinger carded a 40, and seniors David Mullnix and Zach Glandorf posted a 43 and 44, respectively.
