Williamsburg spring cleanup days April 10 - 28

City of Williamsburg spring cleanup is April 10 through noon on April 28. City crews will pick up bagged leaves and garden waste during that time only. Residents should not mix brush or twigs/branches with leaves. Garbage, including bottles, cans and plastics, cannot be mixed with the leaves.
There is no need to call city hall for pickup. The city crews will be out every weekday during the above dates, weather permitting. They will drive every street and will pick up yard waste.
All yard waste must be bagged in decomposable bags (available at Ace Hardware). No plastic bags will be picked up. If you cannot lift the bag to your waist, it is too full to be thrown into the truck.
