Wineries host evening of wine and appetizers

AMANA — Three award winning wineries in the Amana Colonies will host Pairings: An Evening of Wine and Appetizers June 6.

This is the third year for this event, the wineries said in a press release. Participants will receive six wines and appetizers expertly paired together from Ackerman Winery, Fireside Winery in the Village and White Cross Cellars in Amana.

Check-in is 5:45-6:15 at Ackerman Winery, 4406 220th Trail in Amana.

The event will follow from 6-9 p.m.
