ADDS expands walk-in evaluation hours at Mt. Pleasant location

MT. PLEASANT — Alcohol and Drug Dependency Services of Southeast Iowa (ADDS) recently announced the expansion of walk-in evaluation hours at its Mt. Pleasant office, located at 122 North Main Street.
Starting January 31, the facility began to offer walk-in evaluations every Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., in addition to the existing Thursday hours from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
ADDS is a licensed provider offering prevention, substance use disorder, and problem gambling treatment services across Southeast Iowa. The organization is committed to supporting individuals affected by behavioral health conditions through high-quality prevention, peer support, education, treatment, and rehabilitation, aiming for a lifetime of recovery.
These expanded hours are part of ADDS's ongoing efforts to enhance accessibility to essential services for the community. Walk-in evaluations are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients are encouraged to call ahead to ensure counselor availability. All offices close from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch.
