Ag Music on Main Postponed
Anticipated high temperatures cause community event postponement

MT. PLEASANT — At approximately 5 p.m. Tuesday, Main Street Mt. Pleasant announced the Ag Music on Main event scheduled for Friday, July 28 would be postponed due to high temperatures.
“We will be rescheduling it soon, so be looking for more information to come,” the post said.
According to the National Weather Service, Friday’s forecasted weather is expected to be, “Sunny and hot, with a high near 99,” during the day.
They predict Friday night's weather to contain, “a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 70. Chance of precipitation is 40%.”
At this time, Main Street has not released a new date for the event.
