An opportunity to charge ahead

MT. PLEASANT - DeltaV Code 101: Intro to Software Development and Careers in Tech is free to anyone thinking about a new career in software development or interested in beginner coding.

The class will be Saturday, Aug. 13 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Traction Steam in downtown Mt. Pleasant.

This is a one-day workshop meant to help individuals decide if a career in technology might be right for them and give a sneak-peak into the DeltaV learning experience.

In this one day course, participants will learn about how websites are built and even code a webpage themselves using industry-standard tools and professional coding practices.

Those wishing to participate will need to bring their own laptop, Chromebook, or iPad with keyboard.
