Brighton woman struck by deer

MT. PLEASANT — On Friday, Sept. 6 just after 8 p.m. the Henry County Sheriff’s Office responded to a vehicle collision in the 1000 grid of Highway 78. The driver Taylor Northup, 22, of Brighton, was travelling westbound when a deer struck her 2018 Ford Ecosport. The damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,500. There were no injuries.
