Compost site will close for the season this weekend

MT. PLEASANT — As fall begins to fade into winter, the Mt. Pleasant City Compost Site will close for the season.

Residents will have through Saturday, Dec. 2 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. to make their last drop offs for the season.

The compost site located southwest of Saunders Park at the end of Yocum Lane and Hoaglin Drive will reopen around April 1 next year.
