Five Iowa Wesleyan players named to winter All-Academic team

The St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference has announced the 2018-19 Winter All-Academic honorees and Iowa Wesleyan had five individuals receive recognition for men's and women's basketball.

In order to be eligible, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore, have been at the institution for one full year, and hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher.

Allie and Darby Massner each represented the women's basketball team. On the men's side, Jarryd Fernandes, Jake Neubauer and Carter Jensen received the All-Academic team honor.
