HENRY COUNTY HEALTH CENTER
Henry County Health Center has provided high quality health care since 1921. HCHC offers a wide range of services to meet the health needs of patients of all ages. Patients find personalized care through services in the areas of emergency care, surgery, diagnostic imaging, infusion-chemotherapy, rehabilitation, orthopedics, women’s health and more.
Visiting specialists see patients in our Specialty Clinic, and Park Place Elder Living offers long-term nursing home care. Senior Life Solutions outpatient group therapy program is a resource for older adults. HCHC’s partnership with Great River Health adds resources beneficial for area residents’ health care.
Henry County Health Center Clinics meet Southeast Iowa’s acute care and primary care needs. Clinics offer same day appointments in Mediapolis, New London, Wapello, Wayland, Winfield and the Mt. Pleasant Clinic at HCHC.

Primary Care Clinics
Primary care clinics are the first step for medical care and advice. They provide treatment for illnesses like a severe cold, the flu, sore throat or earache; chronic conditions like arthritis, diabetes, COPD and heart disease; and minor injuries, including stitches and minor procedures.
They also offer access to laboratory and X-ray services. Patients can get physicals, including gynecology, at these locations along with vaccinations.
