Help to Others hosts holiday event, Saturday

MT. PLEASANT — Events like the Help to Others Holiday Craft, Vendor Show and Luncheon begin to fill the weekends with holiday cheer in the Mt. Pleasant area.

Saturday, Nov. 19, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. a number of vendors will fill Manning Hall at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church.

In addition to being an opportunity to find unique Christmas gifts, a luncheon will be served.

The menu consists of cinnamon rolls, Hot turkey dressing sandwiches, hot chicken sandwiches, soup, chili, and bread pudding with hot butter sauce.

In keeping with tradition, the quilt raffle will return with tickets selling for $5 each or six tickets for $25.

Best of all, the star of the show, Santa Claus will attend, too!
