Henry County Public Health holding special December immunization hours

MT. PLEASANT — Henry County Public Health is offering all-day walk-in flu and COVID vaccines for the rest of December to help people get vaccinated before the holidays.

Public Health is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. They are closed on Christmas Day.

They have both regular and high-dose flu shots available. They also have the updated Moderna COVID vaccine which is a single shot for anyone age 5 and older, regardless of if you have been vaccinated before. Children under age 5 may need more than one dose.

Henry County Public Health is located at 106 N. Jackson Street in Mt. Pleasant. Language interpretation is available.
