IW struggles on the road
The Tigers had no answer for the Hawks

QUINCY, Ill. — The Iowa Wesleyan men fell big on the road Wednesday night in an exhibition matchup, 99-51, to Quincy University.
The Tigers struggled to get going offensively and the Hawks played well.
Iowa Wesleyan was outscored 49-21 in the first and 50-30 in second.
Quincy shot a stellar 59.1% from the field, while also shooting and 26.3% from three. The Tigers shot just 30% and 17.2%. They were also out rebounded in contest 44-28 and lost the turnover battle 16-6.
Joey Brown was Iowa Wesleyan’s leading scorer with 13 points. Victor Munoz recorded eight points and five rebounds. Alex Dentlinger added six points.
The Tigers will return to action on Saturday, Dec. 18 when they take Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids.
