Jingle Jingle Mix and Mingle kicks of the holiday season
Shop downtown with wine and treats, Friday
MT. PLEASANT — Main Street Mt. Pleasant gets a jump on the holiday season with the return of the Jingle Jingle Mix and Mingle event Friday, Nov. 4 in downtown Mt. Pleasant.
From 5-7 p.m. downtown will be abuzz with shopping, wine, and sweet treats.
Businesses will offer special deals as an opportunity to begin shopping early for the holidays.
For beverage sampling, Main Street Mt. Pleasant will sell the fourth cup in a series of event cups for $15.
According to Main Street Director Lisa Oetken, the event is designed to help dollars stay local.
“The retailers have to capture that dollar early before they leave town,” she said.
