Junior Miss Mt. Pleasant competes at Junior Miss Iowa
Kara Hoover walks away with multiple awards as fourth runner-up
DAVENPORT — Junior Miss Mt. Pleasant Kara Hoover earned fourth runner-up in the Junior Miss Iowa contest held in Davenport last month.
With the highest dance and talent scores Hoover also brought home the Top Talent and Top Dance awards from her time at the Junior Miss Iowa contest.
“She definitely represented Mt. Pleasant well, as her award-winning talent was taught by Nikole at Niki K's Dance Company,” Kara Hoover’s mom Kristina Hoover said. “Her gorgeous outfit of choice and stunning dress were both from Sarah's Bridal Gallery!”
In addition to serving as Junior Miss Mt. Pleasant Kara Hoover also wore the crown as 2022 Henry County Fair Princess. After such great experiences in Mt. Pleasant, Kara’s mom says she wanted to continue her love of community service and representing Mt. Pleasant, Henry County, and Iowa.
