DAVENPORT — The Mt. Pleasant Community High School Panther Marching Band continues a strong season as they returned home from the Iowa High School Music Association State Marching Festival victorious last Saturday in Davenport.

Under the leadership of band director Brad Cook, the band’s performance of “Power of One,” at the IHSMA State Marching Festival yet again earned a top Division One rating.

“That’s 36 consecutive ‘1’ ratings the band has received,” Marching Band assistant Dave Schneider shared.
