Mt. Pleasant compost site opens Saturday

MT. PLEASANT - The Mt. Pleasant City Compost Site located southwest of Saunders Park at the end of Yocum Lane and Hoaglin Drive will open on Saturday, April 1 And will remain open Wednesdays, 1-6 p.m. and Saturdays, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. through the summer. For more information call 319-385-1480.

Curbside Yard Waste Collection will resume Friday, April 14. To request pick up, contact City Hall at 319-385-1470 by noon the Thursday before pickup.
