New CPA opens in Mt. Pleasant

MT PLEASANT - At 10 a.m. on Jan. 22, Ackles CPA & Associates, PLLC will open in Mount Pleasant. There will be a brief ceremony, attended by the Mt. Pleasant Chamber Alliance, featuring a ribbon-cutting and remarks on the occasion.

“Ribbon cuttings are a great way to connect with fellow community members, support local businesses, and help welcome new owners as they begin this next chapter,” said Erica Martin, Director of Membership at Mt. Pleasant Chamber Alliance.

The firm, located at 124 S. Main Street in Mt. Pleasant, boasts three CPAs, an accountant, and an office administrator and her assistant. Two CPAs in particular- Tom Holtkamp and Ann Mallams - have worked in their field for 40 years or more.
