P.O.W.E.R says thank you

MT. PLEASANT— The Professional Organization of Women Eastern Region (P.O.W.E.R.) released the following thank you to those that assisted in their most recent fundraising pursuit for the Mt. Pleasant Community School District libraries:

We, the Professional Organization of Women Eastern Region are thrilled to announce that we have exceeded our initial goal of raising $3,500 to begin replenishing the Mt. Pleasant school libraries.

Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our donors and the Mt. Pleasant Kiwanis, who graciously joined our cause and donated $3000 from funds raised at their annual pancake breakfast, we were collectively, able to raise over $6,500!

We are incredibly grateful for the support we've received from the community, and we want to express our sincere appreciation to the Mt. Pleasant Kiwanis for their significant contribution towards a shared cause.

Your donations will make a significant impact on the students of Mt. Pleasant, providing them with access to new books and resources that will inspire and educate them.
