Iowa Wesleyan University invites the community to help celebrate the new school year

MT PLEASANT — Tuesday, Aug. 23, the community is invited to enjoy an evening of fun celebrating the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year on the Iowa Wesleyan University campus next to the University Chapel from 5-7:30 p.m.
The Mount Pleasant High School Marching Band will perform, several food trucks will be on-site, and a live DJ will play your favorite tunes.
There will be games, bounce houses, and giveaways.
IWU invites the Mt. Pleasant community to help welcome students back to campus and kick off the new academic year.
