Say goodbye to summer
Mt. Pleasant elementary students and families are invited to an end of summer pool party
MT. PLEASANT -- School is around the corner, but even the Mt. Pleasant Community School District wants to drag out the last long lazy days of summer.
Students entering kindergarten through sixth grade in the Mt. Pleasant district are invited to attend a family fun pool party with their families Friday, Aug. 5 and Sunday, Aug 7 from 1-7 p.m.
This is a fun free event to wrap up the summer, introduce new students to one another, and help others reconnect before the school year begins.
Registration is required, and each family may only register for one of the two days offered.
Students under the age of 9 need a parent or guardian age 16 or older to be present through their time at the pool.
Contact Mount Pleasant Family Aquatic Center for registration and additional information and updates concerning weather or attendance related closures.
