The REC Center
The REC Center is Mt. Pleasant’s local family recreation and fitness center. Its mission is to promote quality living and well-being for people of all ages through fitness, recreation, and wellness opportunities.
The REC has a strong commitment toward personalized service and individual attention for those seeking to achieve a healthier lifestyle, and it offers a variety of programs including group fitness classes, aquatic classes, personal training, primal health coaching, and opportunities to participate in a variety of competitive sports.
The REC Center offers around 45 group exercise classes per week that are included with membership.
