WAGG hosts chalk artist for November event
Chalk artist compares Jonah’s journey to current believer’s journeys

WINFIELD — This month’s WAGG (Winfield Area Grateful Gathering) event featured a thoughtful message and a chalk drawing with a hidden feature as Draw Closer Ministries’ Chalk artist, Randy Davis took on the role of guest presenter, Saturday, Nov. 9.
Traveling from Branson, Missouri, Davis shared the story of Jonah from the Bible and the correlations between his journey and each individual’s faith journeys.
After sharing this message, the lights dimmed, and music played as Davis then completed a chalk drawing with a hidden feature revealed as his finale.
The attendees enjoyed a chili supper and fellowship prior to the featured artist.
