WMU students advance to state competition

On Monday, Jan. 21, six Winfield-Mt. Union students competed at District Individual speech competition in three events. An improv group of senior ladies Hailey Allbaugh, Liana Sweezer, and Madison Brady; an improv duo of Garrick Dodson and Dane Sweezer; and a Readers Theater group made of Hailey, Liana, Madison, Garrick, Dane, and Jenna Pfeiffer.
Advancing on to state competition are the ladies improv group and the Readers theater group.
