On July 2, the Fire Department was called out due to a fire in the building between the museum and the depot. Other fire departments assisted. The cause was unknown.
Tiger baseball starts their post season journey with a 1-0 victory over Highland.

Volleyball and football are underway. The football team loses London Franklin and Brigham Porter for the season with broken bones.
Dover Sunday program features the story of World War II NL native Glen DeSpain.

Stand-out baseball player, Kooper Schulte, will play for the Iowa Hawkeyes next season.

New London’s new SRO officer is Deputy Lopez.
The Tiger Homecoming Court is named: Holland White, Sophie Malott, Tysann Gipple, Brooklyn Curry, Lynnae Huston, Michael Raines, Josiah Denney, Griffin Swanson, Adam Allen, and Coen Fitzpatrick.
There’s an open house for the completed gym on the Homecoming Friday night.
