Adaline McLain
May. 4, 2023 2:21 pm
Addie was born April 12, 2005 to Amanda McLain and Richard and Angela McLain. She was welcomed by older sisters Danielle and Alannah McLain and was joined later by younger brother Tucker Harmon. Her grandparents are George McLain, the late Madaline McBeth, Tony Chavez, and Donna Henderson.
She has been a part of the Class of 2023 since kindergarten. Addie participated in band (4 years), 4-H (4 years), and cheerleading (2 years). When not busy at school, she raises poultry and rabbits and enjoys baking.
Addie’s proudest moment was getting her CNA when she was a junior.
The person she singled out for special recognition is Skyler Schultze. He has been her number one supporter for her entire high school career and has had her back through her lowest points.
When asked what sets her class apart, she says “somehow most of us managed to graduate.” Her advice to the underclassmen, “The people who are your friends now likely won’t be your friends after high school, so don’t make decisions based on them. Most importantly, find happiness in yourself rather than the approval of others.”
Addie finished high school, graduating early which has allowed her the opportunity to explore career options. Her plans for the future include college.
Tiger Nation sends Addie out into the world with the best of wishes for her continued success. Oh by the way … Happy Belated Birthday!
