Carter Allen competes in NCAA Division 3 track and field championships
2022 New London graduate Carter Allen competed at the NCAA D3 track and field championships in Myrtle Beach South Carolina on May 23. Representing Loras College, Dubuque, Iowa as a freshman, he placed ninth in discus. His throw measured 48.1 m (157.8 ft) Carter also earned second team All American honors.
Carter is the son of Jill and Jason Allen. His proud grandparents are Diana and Steve Klaus, Chuck (Pat) Allen and Debbie (Kirk) Miller.
