Wednesday 3/8 AWE Club – 2:30-4 p.m.
Maple Syruping at Henry County Nature Center March 2
On Thursday, March 2 4-6 p.m. the conservation staff will present a program on making maple syrup. Head for the Top-of-Hill area, Oakland Mills County Park to the Dorothy Family Maple Syrup Camp. Activities include tapping trees, an evaporator demonstration, and syrup tasting. Participants can arrive any time between 4 and 6 p.m. All ages are welcome. The presentation is FREE but preregistration is appreciated. This program is weather dependent so listen to KILJ 105.5 FM or check our Facebook page for changes or cancellations.
New London Utility Trustees will meet Friday, March 3
The regular meeting of the New London Utility Board will be held Friday, March 3 at 1 p.m. at the City office. The meeting is open to the public.
Legislative Forum March 4 at 11 a.m. In Wapello
If you missed the legislative forum at IWC Feb 25, New London’s district legislators Taylor Collins and Mark Lofgren will be at Wapello City Hall at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 4.
SEISC HS Select Vocal Festival
March 6 New London High School will host the Vocal Festival. Performance beginning at 6:30 p.m.
SEISC Science Fair to be held at SCC
Thursday, March 9 beginning at 9 a.m. the SEISC Science Fair displays and judging will take place.
Tiger Pantry Schedule
Tiger Pantry is open Thursdays, 3:30-6 p.m. and Saturdays, 9-11 a.m.
