New London School District and PTO announce cancellation of Carnival Day
School will be dismissed early Friday so that everyone who wishes to can attend the services for Keegan at Lunning Chapel in Burlington. The Carnival has been canceled as well as our community mourns.
New London Utility Trustees will meet Friday, May 5
The regular meeting of the New London Utility Board will be held Friday, May 5 at 1 p.m. at the city office. The meeting is open to the public.
Dover Museum begins Summer Visiting Hours May 6
On May 6 at 1 pm, the Dover Museum will begin it summer visiting hours. From May through October, Dover Museum is open every Saturday and Sunday from 1-4 p.m. Plan a visit soon to explore New London’s past. Appointments to visit other times are also available.
City Council Meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 8
Monday, May 8 at 6 p.m., the regular meeting of the New London City Council led by Mayor Kirk Miller will be held in the Board Room. The meeting is open to the public.
