The Henry County Conservation Department invites you out for not only an Easter Egg Hunt, but also an antler hunt at 4:30 p.m.! Deer shed their antlers in the Spring and a few have been hidden around the park along with the Easter eggs! 2593 Nature Center Drive! All ages are welcome!

New London Prom Schedule of Events for Adults

April 5, 3:30 p.m. Decorating @ Gym (If it rains track practice will need to be held in the gym so we will not start decorating until 5:30)

April 6 Promenade:

6:15-6:45 p.m. Students & dates arrive @ Gym (enter through new gym doors) and check in

7 p.m. Promenade (Jen Campbell helps with this — either checking in or reading names at promenade)

8-11 p.m. PROM With desserts, water, lemonade served@ new gym. Class photos taken immediately

11 p.m. — 4 a.m. POST PROM (Snacks served during) 11 p.m.-11:45 p.m. Check in, Doors locked @ 11:45 p.m. Activities 11:45 4 a.m. Prize giveaway 3 a.m., Wrap things up

4 a.m. HEAD HOME! Sunday Clean up at 1 p.m. The gym is reserved until noon. Tarps must be mopped at the end of Saturday night and not rewound until Sunday when they’ve had a chance to dry.

Swedesburg Final Orgelmusik Concert April 7

The final Orgelmusik concert of the 2023-2024 season will take place at 3 p.m. at Swedesburg Lutheran Church. Dr. Gregory Hand, the professor of organ at the University of Iowa, is the special guest. Dr. Hand will feature works by JS Bach, Maurice Duruflé, Johanna Senfter, Arvo Pärt and others. The concert is free and open to the public. There will be a free will offering for the church’s organ fund. The concert can be viewed online at www.facebook.com/SwedesburgLutheran.com

Tiger Pantry Regular Schedule

Tiger Pantry is open Thursdays, 3:30 to 6 p.m. and Saturdays, 9-11 a.m.
