March. 7-8: Shrek the Musical Performances

Plan to attend a performance of this engaging musical recounting the adventures of the lovable ogre, Shrek. Friday 7 p.m. Saturday 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Order your tickets now for Shrek: The Musical! This spin on a classic storybook tale is one you don't want to miss! Tickets are available at the link below AND at the door. The performance schedule is March 7 at 7 p.m. and on March 8 at 2 p.m. and again at 7 p.m. The Saturday evening performance is also senior night!

March. 7: DIY Prom Flowers

4:30 p.m. Hy-Vee Mount Pleasant floral design crew invites you to join them and learn to do your own prom flowers. $30 Please sign up in the floral shop or call 319-986-6811. Make and take home a prom nosegay.

March. 8: HCC Seed Swap and DIY Greenhouse

1-3 p.m. Calling all gardeners! If you are already dreaming of spring planting season, come swap garden seeds and stories with others who feel the same. Addition fun will be building our own miniature greenhouse using a milk jug. Seasoned gardeners and newbies are both welcome. Preregistration is appreciated but not required.

March. 10: Baltimore Township Public Hearing

Baltimore Township Trustees will hold a public hearing March 10 at the New London Community Center, Annual certification of the township budget for fire and rescue and cemetery maintenance is required by law.

March 21: Friends of Conservation Banquet Fundraiser

5 p.m. Mount Pleasant Golf and Country Club. Raffles, a silent and a live auction will be held. This important local organization helps many projects in the County. Show your support and have a pleasant event and fine meal.

March 13: Tiger Food Pantry Hours

Beginning Thursday, March 13, 2025, Tiber Pantry hours will be 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday hours will remain the same 9:00 to 11 a.m.
