10 a.m. Celebrate Spring in Salem with the City of Salem Easter Egg Hunt! Meet in Salem City Park.
10 a.m. Main Street Mt. Pleasant presents an Easter Egg Hunt in Central Park on the Mt. Pleasant square

April 22: Henry County Public Health Immunization Clinic
9-11 a.m. Henry County Public Health Immunization Clinic will vaccinate uninsured/underinsured individuals as well as those who bring their insurance cards. . No appointment necessary. 106 North Jackson Street in Mount Pleasant, call 319-385-0779 with questions.
April 22: Brown Bag Lecture
Noon The Harlan-Lincoln House features Darcy Maulsby, known as Iowa’s storyteller, at the April Brown Bag Lunch Series. Maulsby is a journalist and historian from Lake City, Iowa. He will present “Adventures Along the Lincoln Highway in Iowa.” This lecture is free of charge, and is the last in the April lecture series, at the Harlan-Lincoln House, 101 W. Broad Street: donations are welcome.
April 23: New London Middle School/High School Community Day.
The students at New London Middle School/High School would like to thank the community for their continued support of the school by helping with outdoor projects! April 26: Dover Museum hosts Eastern Iowa NMRA meeting
9:30 a.m. The National Model Railroad Association, Eastern Division will meet at Dover Museum in New London. Tom Persoon will present “Little Cats & Big Cats Modeling Construction & Mining Machinery Loads.” Visitors will also visit the Pilot Grove Depot.
April 26: Henry County Conservation Nature Center is NOW OPEN Saturdays
9 a.m. — Noon: Visit the Nature Center at Oakland Mills and enjoy the new Rock and Mineral exhibit as well as many other informative and attractive displays. The Center is also open by appointment. Plan to spend outdoor time as well enjoying the trails!
April 26: Danville/Middletown Citywide Garage /Yard Sales
